The Year 8 science students have been learning about ecosystems, and in late March some of the students assisted Mr Licence in setting up a terrarium and an aquarium.

The upper primary students in Grades 4, 5 and 6 have been learning Aikido with Chris Hulme. Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art which teaches self-defence while also protecting their attacker from injury.

Students enjoy spending time with Roger Knox during his weekly visits. Roger is teaching some of the children songs on the guitar, relating stories and life experiences.

Our partner school in India, the Venkateshwar International School, recently joined us for a skype session where the students spoke about the different types of recycling we do.
