Interest Group - Africa

During the last Africa-themed Interest Groups for the term the children prepared Lamb and Apricot Kebabs, a South African recipe. The lamb, apricots, onion and capsicum were marinaded in natural yoghurt flavoured with curry. The Interest Groupers very much enjoyed putting this simple recipe together to take home and share with their families. This final Safari concluded a very enjoyable African themed Interest Group for Term One.
