The web site is managed with a Content Management System (UserLand Frontier) which creates statically rendered html pages. The statically rendered files are uploaded to an Apache server via ftp. Page content is stored as text files with xml markup. These xml files are imported into the Frontier Object Database and translated into html using the xmltr rule-based translation system developed by The Design Group. Images for the site are prepared in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe ImageReady. Rendered headings are generated automatically by Adobe ImageReady driven by Frontier scripting. Rendered type uses the Gill Sans and Adobe Myriad type families. The colour palette for the site is derived from a subset of the colours in the School logo, with the addition of muted and pastel variations. The web site has been designed and implemented by The Design Group in Warwick, Queensland.
